Q: What are the show hours?
A: Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (pro only) and 11 a.m. to 5p.m. (general).

Q: Do you offer group sales?
A: Yes, we do offer group discounts for groups of 10 or more people. All group sales must be placed and paid in one order; the deadline to place group orders is April 1. Please contact us for more information: tickets@makeupmag.com

Q: May I purchase tickets at the door?
A: Yes. Door ticket prices are:
1 day ticket $40 USD
2 day ticket $70 USD

Q: What are the pre-sale ticket prices?
A: Prices until March 7, 2011 (5 p.m. PST)
Regular tickets: 1 day/ $30 USD
2 day/ $55 USD

Prices from March 7 to April 7, 2011 (5:00 p.m. EST)
Regular tickets: 1 day/ $35 USD
2 day/ $65 USD



Q: I haven’t received my tickets.
A: All tickets are only available to pick up at the show. Please bring a picture ID along with your receipt to pick up your tickets at the Online Pre-Sale Ticket desk.

Q: Where do I pick up my tickets?
A: If you have purchased tickets online you will pick up your tickets at the show. There will be an Online Pre-Sale Ticket desk at the main entrance to the show on April 9 and 10. Please be sure to bring a copy of your receipt and picture ID.

Q: How do the e-tickets work?
A: It’s easy! Select your ticket(s) and purchase online. A link to your bar-coded e-ticket will then be e-mailed to you. Print your e-ticket confirmation and bring it, along with your picture ID, to the Online Pre-Sale desk at the show. Your confirmation will be scanned into our new software and you’ll be given a wristband that allows access to the show. This process should greatly reduce the time it takes to process our attendees.

Q: How may I move through the entry line even faster?
A: Make sure you print your e-ticket confirmation and have it ready at registration with your photo ID. This saves our staff the time needed to look up your information. You may also show your Make-Up Artist Pro Card. Click here for application details.

Q: Is there parking onsite?
A: Information coming soon.

Q: What is the address of 82 Mercer?
A: 82 Mercer Street, 2nd floor, New York, NY 10012

Q: I want to change my ticket to a different day.
A: Tickets may be changed until Thursday at 5 p.m. prior to the show. Please e-mail your full name, order # and which day you would like to change to. Send e-mail to jennifer@makeupmag.com.

Q: I can’t go to the show, may I get a refund?
A: Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE as stated on our website. No exceptions.

Q: I can’t go to the show, may I give my ticket to a friend?
A: Yes, you may give your ticket to a friend but you must contact us with the change, as well as send your friend with a copy of the original receipt.

Q: What type of bank or credit cards do you accept to purchase tickets and Make-Up Artist magazine items at the show?
A: We can only accept cards with Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover logos.
