postheadericon How To Get Long Eyelashes

I recently made a post about eyelash extensions. Well I finally took the plunge and got them!

The whole process took about 30 minutes. It was fairly uncomfortable. Mainly because I had to keep my eyes open during the extension process. To top that off the glue made my eyes water.

The first week was a little hard. I kept feeling like there was something in my eye. More so one eye over the other. Plus the lashes felt heavy. You are not suppose to drench your lashed in water so washing my face was a little difficult for the first two days. I finally broke down on the third day and tool a wash cloth to them. After that the feeling of something in my eye went completely away!

This is my second week with the extensions and they still look full. I also don't feel them at all. I might go and get them redone before Christmas so that they are as full as they were when I first got them.

Overall I would recommend them. I got mid length and they look natural on me. They really don't require much maintenance. Just don't saturate them in water and avoid mascara as both have the tendency to cause the lashes to fall out.

The First two are before pictures and the second two are the after. I think I have fairly long lashes but they stick straight out so they are harder to see unless you are very close to me.

postheadericon Lane Bryant/Loop 18/Fashion Bug Haul #2

Yes I went back for more. I think I'm addicted to shopping! Anyhoo...This is what I purchased...

$34.00

Get maximum lift under low cut necklines with our cotton boost plunge bra! Padded underwire cups shape and support for cleavage-enhancing power. Adjustable straps and cushioned back closure make this push-up bra an essential below any sexy top.

Comfort and fashion unite in plus size Cacique bras and intimates exclusively by Lane Bryant.

I realized I did not have a grey bra in my collection. Since starting work I've noticed that the cotton bras are the most comfortable for me. I still want the "sexiness" that the plunge bras provide but I need the comfort that cotton provides. This bra does it all!

$69.95

Look your best in this dark wash trouser jean with T3 Tighter Tummy Technology. Built-in control panel firms and flattens the tummy. Elastic waistband provides comfort and reduces gaps. Four pocket design, double button waistband with extended tab, zip fly and belt loops.

I have never tried the T3 pants at LB, nor have I tried petite pants. This will be my first time for both. I've noticed that even though I'm average height, ALL of LB pants are super long on me. I would have to wear 4-5 inch heels in order to make them average so I decided to give the petite (short) pants a try.

$44.99

Finish off your look with this fresh and fun striped blazer. The soft knit, boyfriend-style makes a casual statement that is easy to pair with most looks. Long sleeves roll and tab for alternate styling. Three-button closure.

I love blazers and since I don't have a blue one, I decided to pick this one up. Reviews have stated that it is cut big so I decided to go with my regular size. I usually have to size up since I have large arms and I hate when things are tight on my arms!

$29.99

A striking photo with shimmering accents highlight this loose-fitting tee. Rolled scoop neckline and hem that flows to longer points on either side are also memorable additions. Cuffed three-quarter length sleeves.

I thought the shirt was so cute and different. I need more cute basics in my wardrobe so that I can be comfortable yet stylish while at work. Plus this shirt is definitely a conversation starter!

$24.99

These super comfy boots are a must-have for your cool weather wardrobe. Pull-on styling for in and out ease. Soft and cozy lining inside keeps your tootsies toasty.

Although the reviews weren't too good on these boots I decided to give them a try. I doubt that they will be considered winter boots but I think they will be comfy to wear while at work!

My subtotal before discounts was $203.92. With the 50% off sale I my subtotal was brought down to $101.98. With tax of $6.88 and free HOME delivery, I spent a total of $108.86. Nice holiday deal.

postheadericon Lane Bryant Haul #1

So this weekend LB along with its sister sites had 50% off most everything off of its site. Yes this is what I purchased...

$52.00

Rhinestone-studded Runway Glam multi-way strapless bra makes versatile support sparkle. Go strapless or use convertible straps for a variety of configurations that make sexy, bare-shoulder fashions a breeze. Molded underwire cups and a wide band are supportive and comfortable.

I've been wanting one of the runway bras for a while. I just love sparkle. This one had the right amount and since I needed a strapless bra, it was perfect! This one will definitely need to be handwashed to preserve the rhinestones though.

$44.99

Channel your inner rock star in this faux fur vest with crochet back. Single hook closure. Definitely adds a splash of excitement to anything you pair it with.

I saw a white fur vest at H&M that I loved but since my local store doesn't have plus size....well I just couldn't get it. When I saw this vest at Loop 18 (Lane Bryant sister site geared more so at young junior sized females), I just had to get it. I was slightly turned off by the crochet back but the front of the vest won me over.

Ok so my subtotal before any discounts (and you know I had discounts!) was $96.99. LB along with its sister sites had 50% off their entire sites! With that said, it brought the bra down to $26 and the vest down to $22.50! My subtotal was then $48.50! With tax of $3.27 and free HOME shipping, I spent $51.77! Great deal!

As always I used Ebates!

postheadericon Iron Fist

I've been in dire need of new sneakers for work because flats don't have enough coushin for the hard tile we have where I work. I decided to check out the Iron Fish Website and boy am I glad I did!

$25.00
Originally: $45.00
Sale: $18.00
Originally: $45.00
Sale: $18.00

I placed two different orders. The first shoe was the latest purchase and I was able to get free shipping (shipusa) and 20% off. Because there are no taxes I paid a flat $20.00 for them.

The second and third pair were purchased together. I was able to get 20% off (holiday) which took $7.20 off but I was charged shipping. Shipping was about $13.20. I ended up spending $42 and some change on them. I think that was pretty good!

The ultimate deal has to be what I scored on the Kiss Of Death Duffle Bag. It is retailing for $100.00 on the Iron Fist website but I got mine for $39.95 for JustFab! And if you sign up now you can get 50% off your first purchase bringing the price down to $19.97. That is a huge savings!

I thought the bag would make a great travel bag and since I had a credit I really didn't pay anything for it at all!
